Adult Probiotics Benefits
Probiotics help improve your gut microbiome. Gut bacteria play a big role in the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Probiotics can also help reduce the symptoms of bowel conditions like Celiac, Crohn’s, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Immune system health*
Probiotics can help delay the onset of glucose intolerance and improve insulin sensitivity at the same time.
Probiotics also fight inflammation and prevent infection. All of these probiotic actions give your immune system a big boost!
Better skin and mood*
The gut microbiome has a connection with skin and it can influence a range of skin conditions, including Rosacea, Eczema, and Acne.
Improving the gut microbiome can also have a positive effect on a range of mood disorders.

Why Should I Take Probiotics?
Research shows that our gut microbiota influences every aspect of our health – from our intestines all the way up to our brain.* Probiotics are made from good bacteria that help you balance your gut microbiome.
Each capsule of our Adult Probiotics contains 10 patented strains with at least 5 billion CFU per strain:
+ L. acidophilus La-14®
+ L. lactis Ll-23®
+ L, paracasei Lpc-37®
+ L. plantarum Lp-115®
+ L. rhamnosus Lr-32®
+ B. bifidum Bb-06®
+ B. breve Bb-03®
+ B. lactis Bl-04®
+ L. casei Lc-11®
+ B. longum Bl-05®
Probiotics help supercharge your body with the ability to digest food, reduce bloating and gas, and promote overall wellness.*
Probiotics with Prebiotics
Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that act as food for probiotics. In order for probiotics to work, they need a food source, so that’s why we put them in the same capsule.
Each probiotic capsule contains 2 types of prebiotics – Sunfiber® and FOS.
Sunfiber® maintains digestive health and gut microflora balance. It promotes the absorption of essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium in the body.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are natural, prebiotic plant fibers. They encourage the growth of good bacteria.
Why are delayed-release probiotics more effective?
Delayed-release capsules are designed to dissolve later, only after they bypass your stomach.
If it weren’t for this feature, the acid in your stomach would dissolve the capsule before they reach the small intestine, where the probiotics do all the work.
The 50B probiotics will arrive in your intestines alive, so they can be fully absorbed in your gut.
Active Packaging Technology
Since probiotics are sensitive to moisture, light and temperature, we pack them in Activ-Polymer™ bottles.
They are also wrapped in an impenetrable desiccant sleeve so they remain moisture-free.
We also use an Oxyfree® desiccant to absorb any oxygen and remove any residual moisture from inside the bottle, meaning we can reduce oxygen levels to 0.01% for the entire lifespan of the product.
At Intelligent Labs, we use high-quality ingredients to make the best joint supplement in the market! We don’t use fillers, artificial flavors, additives or preservatives on any of our health products. Our third-party testing certificates are also available for all our customers to see.
Adult Probiotics with Prebiotics are manufactured at an NSF GMP-certified facility in the United States.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some probiotic supplements are cheap, whilst others are expensive. How do I know which supplement offers the best value for money?
The key is looking at the strength or Colony Forming Units (CFU). It’s also important to understand how many of those CFU’s will still be alive in the capsule by the time you take it. We over-manufacture our probiotics and use Active Packaging Technology and prebiotics to ensure the strength that is on the bottle is the strength you get in your gut.
Many other manufacturers will offer probiotics that will be significantly less powerful by the time you take them than when they are manufactured.
Will I experience gas, bloating, or diarrhea?
It’s quite a common side effect to get gas, bloating or diarrhea in the first few days after you start taking probiotics. However, it’s nothing to worry about and usually passes in a few days. It happens because your gut bacteria is rebalancing itself.
Probiotic bacteria are active against yeast, harmful bacteria and fungi. When you take probiotics, harmful microorganisms will start to die, and this can cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. It’s a sign that beneficial bacteria are getting to work to clean up your gut.
What’s the recommended dosage?
For daily maintenance, take 1 capsule (50 billion active microflora). For critical maintenance, take 2 capsules (100 billion active microflora).
I am on antibiotics, should I take probiotics?
Yes, you can take probiotics with antibiotics, studies seem to suggest it’s favorable to do so. However, we recommend taking your probiotics and antibiotics at least 2 hours apart to reduce the possibility of the antibiotic killing the probiotic organisms.
When is the best time to take probiotics?
We generally recommend taking it with a meal, ideally breakfast in the morning.
Is there sugar or fat in the product?
No, there is no sugar or fat in our Adult Probiotics with Prebiotics supplement.
How much prebiotics are in this?
Each capsule contains around 118mg of prebiotics.
Are these soil based probiotics?
No, we use human strain probiotics sourced from DuPont® Danisco. Human strains are strains that are permanently reproducing in our guts.
Do you need to put these in the fridge?
We use heat resistant probiotic strains and active packaging technology, so there’s no need to refrigerate. Just store the bottle in a cool, dry place. We guarantee a 2-year shelf life at room temperature.
