Preheat oven to 450F and place rack in the upper third of the oven. Wash radishes and remove stems. Then cut in half and toss with ghee, sliced scallions, and ½ tsp kosher salt. Place on a quarter sheet tray and roast for 12-15 minutes.
In the meantime, spread 1 teaspoon gochujang paste on each fillet (both sides). Then sprinkle ¼ tsp kosher salt over the fillets.
Remove radishes from the oven and place fillets on top. Turn oven broiler on High. Broil radishes and fillets for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145F. Serve hot!
