Ingredients for Keto Roasted Snapper
 ½ lb red snapper fillets (about 2 fillets)
 1 lb radishes
 2 tsp gochujang paste
 1 ½ tbsp ghee
 2 scallions cut into thirds
 kosher salt
How To Make Keto Roasted Snapper

Preheat oven to 450F and place rack in the upper third of the oven. Wash radishes and remove stems. Then cut in half and toss with ghee, sliced scallions, and ½ tsp kosher salt. Place on a quarter sheet tray and roast for 12-15 minutes.


In the meantime, spread 1 teaspoon gochujang paste on each fillet (both sides). Then sprinkle ¼ tsp kosher salt over the fillets.

Step 2 – spread gochujang on red snapper fillets


Remove radishes from the oven and place fillets on top. Turn oven broiler on High. Broil radishes and fillets for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145F. Serve hot!

Step 3 – broil fillets and radishes together
