Keto stuffed peppers ingredients
 2 large peppers
 6 large eggs
 ¼ cup cream
 2 slices bacon, chopped
 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
How to make low carb and keto-friendly stuffed peppers

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the peppers in half (lengthwise), scoop out the seeds and spongy center, and remove the stems.

Line a large baking tray and bake the peppers for 10 minutes. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the cream.
